8. Shipping & Delivery

Title and risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided. You are responsible for notifying us of any shipping address changes to avoid delivery issues.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Waverly purchase, you may return it for a refund subject to the following terms:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
